“ A must go review, we had reservations being an older married male couple, NO Reason, never felt better about the Pub. The food was really good, lots of choices, original application to regular food and favorites with creative food. A real place with exceptional reward, A must GO.! ”
“ Recently Had just a wonderful time in Ocean Shores visiting Nora and the gang at Porthole Pub. Met people I never knew and caught up with some I did. It had been several months since last time. This is a place to be in Ocean Shores, WA. Good food. Good people. Great place. ”
“ We went in for breakfast yesterday and LOVED this place. Great, fresh OJ, I had a simple 2 egg w/meat breakfast (I like a simple breakfast), she had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Perfect over easy eggs, a lot of bacon and great hashbrowns. Her chicken fried steak was amazing, perfect eggs, same same everything was awesome. Great gravy on the eggs. Overall a phenomenal breakfast. We WILL go here every time we're in Ocean Shores from now on. Oh, and parking is in the back as well. Just have to drive around the block to the back. The waiter was cool and super nice. Great job. Nice bathrooms, pool table, pull tabs, just a fun, cool place. Great place. Some people in these reviews seem to think every place is The Four Seasons. This is a nice seaside place, nice people, very good food. ”
“ I had never been here 6 months ago. Now sometimes we eat here every day when in town. I love their fish and chips. You can sub onion rings (my favorite) for fries. They have gluten free bread and buns, making it one of my favorite eateries. The patty melt is so nummy. Breakfast is delicious. Not a huge menu but everything we've had has been good. UPDATE: 6/2023, They recently got new menus. More options, new dishes and 1/2 sizes on some items for a lighter bite. The pancakes are light and fluffy and mouth watering. We have gotten to know several of our fellow regulars and it feels like home. The atmosphere is homey welcoming and casual. They have sports on TV, one pool table and a great music. Regulars play bingo on Mondays, have knitting and crocheting groups hanging out. We love coming here and always enjoy it all. The wait staff are on the ball, knowledgeable, friendly, fast and give wonderful service. Prices are the best value and much more affordable than other local eateries. Highly recommend! ”
“ We went back to have another great lunch!! This great little gem is in Ocean Shores, we stopped in for a bite to eat after spending the day on the beach. What a great place, you can tell the locals hang here. They have pool tables, golf video game, and pull tabs. Great bloody Marys and lots of room. The fish is great, the fries are crispy and krinkle cut, tarter sauce was really good. The hamburger was excellent!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite. They only had a bartender and she was running her behind off, so you need to be patient, totally worth the wait, she was fun, personable, and did a great job for the amount of people in the bar!! Thank you for a great meal!! We will return. ”
